Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Orders will be processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening, on the weekend, and on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost, or stolen packages. When you receive a tracking number this means it is now in the hands of USPS, and we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package is lost while in transit, please contact USPS.

We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address, please be sure to put in your correct address at check out. If the order is returned to us, you will have to pay our shipping fee before we send it back out to you.

Orders are available for local pickup in Odessa, TX at no cost. Pickup orders must be picked up within 10 days of purchasing.
