Refund policy

Returns:

Please email shopdearlevi@gmail.com for return approval. Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of delivery/pick up date. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost, or stolen packages. When you receive a tracking number this means it is now in the hands of USPS, and we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package is lost while in transit, please contact USPS.

Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, deodorant marks, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. Shoes must be returned in the original box.

Please note due to sanitary reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: accessories, bodysuits, bras, bandeaus, and hair accessories (including hats and beanies). These items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

Damages:
All items are carefully inspected before processed and shipped to the customer. Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please contact shopdearlevi@gmail.com for help.

Exchanges:
Please contact shopdearlevi@gmail.com for an exchange. Exchanges are eligible within 7 days of delivery/pick up date.
